Maintenance Plan

Our maintenance program, priced £15.00 per month, has been devised to provide the best value dentistry and long lasting preventative care.

This monthly subscription entitles you to:

  • Clinical examinations twice / year
  • All necessary radiographs
  • Full oral health assessment and treatment planning
  • Hygienist visits for scaling and treatment of gum disease, twice per year
  • Urgent same-day access to emergency treatment for pain and trauma
  • Emergency treatment e.g. dressings, re-cementing crowns etc.
  • A 15% reduction to our private treatment fees for all other treatment *
  • Refund by FifeIndepenDent of emergency treatment fees, for treatment elsewhere on holiday
  • Study Casts

*This does not include dental implants.

Payment Options

We accept cash, cheque and most credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Solo, and Switch).

A 50% deposit will be required to secure treatment plans and the balance will be required on completion. 

Appointment Scheduling

We understand that you have a busy schedule and recognise the need to provide an efficient service. We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time.

There will be no charge for changing your appointment provided that we are given at least 24 hours notice.

We will charge for missed appointments or late cancellations. This allows us to run efficiently and keep our fees at a reasonable level for you.

Customer Satisfaction

At ProDental we strive to avoid complaints, but should you have an issue please speak with your dentist and they will refer you to a complaints officer.
